This all-season vacation home has three bedrooms that will sleep 6 comfortably. All bedrooms are located on the main floor. There is a large four piece bathroom with jetted Jacuzzi style bath with enough room for two! The dining room, family room, and kitchen feature large windows overlooking the waterfront. Spacious flat lawns, great for sunning or kids playing and the flat rock/pebble beach frontage and gradual underwater incline makes it excellent swimming for everyone. Hill Street Harbour Cottage is a comfortable, air conditioned, wheel chair accessible home, with a view of Picton Harbour. Sip your morning coffee on the back deck in a quiet garden setting. Later, take a short stroll down to Main Street for shopping, cafes, art and theatre. Pack a picnic and drive to one of the most beautiful beaches in Ontario, Sandbanks Provincial Park. Visit the many local vineyards and sample delightful County wines. Upon your return, dine in one of the many County restaurants. The cottage sleeps 8 comfortably and is available year-round. It can also be rented with the upper suite, a separate one bedroom residence (plus a Queen sofa bed in the living room) that sleeps 4 comfortably. Waupoos Island Cottage is located on the eastern tip of Waupoos Island - a 300 acre island of rolling pastures, grazing sheep, a few scattered cottages and fantastic views. Access to the island is by boat only so please be comfortable with this when you consider rental. Its natural setting offers 15 acres of land and 2000 feet of waterfront to call your own. A pebble beach offers wonderful swimming on the gradually declining bank on Lake Ontario. Excellent fishing! It is an open-concept cottage with 4 private bedrooms that sleep 9 people on quality beds, linens and towels. Beautifully restored and decorated, the cottage décor is an eclectic fusion of retro boat house simplicity and traditional cabin warmth. Located on the whole Western Point of Waupoos Island, guests access the cottage by boat. Owners escort guests at check in and check-out. Following check-in, the cottage offers guests a 4 person boat with 9.9 motor, safety kit and fuel. Guests may use the included motorboat to go back and forth the 5 minutes to the mainland, or arrange for an easy 'boat taxi service' from the Waupoos marina.'
