With large picture windows, you will be treated to unobstructed views of Lake Ontario. Walk through the living room area and enter the formal dining room where you will be treated to another beautiful view of the lake.
The kitchen also faces the lake and is fully equipped with all of the amenities that you would expect to find in an executive vacation property.
Completing the main floor is one bedroom with a double bed, a 4-piece bath, a laundry room with a washer / dryer and your own home-office area with a picture-perfect view overlooking the lake. There is also an entrance from inside the house to an attached two-car garage – ready to store your bikes, beach gear or your cross-country skis.
Walk back into the foyer near the front door and head up to the second floor where you will find two more good-sized bedrooms with double beds, a common-area 3-piece bath and a master bedroom that you will surely want to take home with you at the end of your stay.
The master bedroom overlooks the lawn and garden and has a balcony overlooking Lake Ontario - perfect for that early morning coffee or afternoon tea. The master bedroom features a 3-piece en-suite bath, a gas log stove as well as your very own private library and sitting area.
For the dogs, there is an electric fence and dog collars are available if needed. The landscaped rear garden features a stone patio and table that seats six. Also, there is 300’ of private shoreline on Lake Ontario. The limestone bedrock shelf slopes gradually into the water making swimming ideal and easy on the feet. In the evening, help yourself to some of the firewood on site and have yourself a campfire at the water's-edge while you gaze with awe at the multitude of stars and the moonlight reflecting off of the water.
