Sunset on Weller's BaySunset on Weller's Bay is a renovated family-friendly three bedroom waterfront home on the shores of Weller's Bay. The sandy shoreline with a large shady tree on one side is well sheltered and shallow, making it ideal for families with toddlers or older children.
This newly renovated 1,600 square foot home has a large deck facing west over the water. Sip a cool drink at a patio table for 4 while watching the kids play on the deep grassy fenced in yard that ends in a private shoreline.
On the main floor there are two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with a Double bed. Amenities like nighttable alarm clocks and blankets make you feel at home. The main level also features a 4-piece bathroom, an open concept kitchen, a living room and dining area overlooking the shoreline and front deck.
On the lower level there is a spacious third bedroom with a Double bed. A well equipped recreation room features three seat leather couch and 2 seat love seat and a rocking chair. Also, there is a large screen TV and DVD as well as an X-Box. Additionally, on the lower level in a large storage room, there is a washer and dryer and second fridge to hold extra food and beverages.
Guests are asked to bring their own bedding, sheets, towels and beach towels.
Watch your children experience hours of endless pleasure swimming in sandy and shallow waters complete with a 25' long x 10' wide dock. A canoe is included with this property allowing you to explore Weller's Bay or do a little fishing.
Please ask if you would like to bring a pet. A cleaning fee of $100 will apply.

What the owners have to say about the shoreline at Sunset on Weller' Bay:
Our shoreline is sandy with a gradual slope from shoreline out into the water. It is only about 4 feet deep 100 metres from the shoreline. It is absolutely perfect for kids, they can easily play in the sand and puddle in the water easily. The bottom is a mainly sand or soft mud so we generally wear water shoes when swimming but it is not required.
There are some weeds along the side but there is a 30 foot path that is clear and makes for great swimming. The deepest point in Wellers Bay is approx. 25 feet, it is a relative shallow body of water so the water is often warmer than other lakes especially in July when summer is just getting started. Our property is perfect for SUP boarding and wind surfing. We often do both at our property.
