The sandy shoreline is well sheltered and shallow making it ideal for families with toddlers or older children. Located in the Village of Consecon, you have easy access to local beaches, golf courses, a local pub, numerous wineries as well as artisan studios and boutiques.
With contemporary décor and modern amenities, this newly renovated 1,600 square foot home has a large deck facing west over the water that provides guests with spectacular sunset views. This 3 bedroom home will very comfortably accommodate 6 guests. On the main floor there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed. The main level also features a 4-piece bathroom, an open concept kitchen, a living room and dining area. On the lower level there is a spacious third bedroom with a double bed, large recreation room complete with TV and DVD as well as an X-Box. Also on the lower level, there is a washer and dryer and second fridge to hold extra food and beverages. Guests are asked to bring their own bedding, sheets, towels and beach towels.
The kitchen, living room and dining room is open concept and overlooks the shoreline and front deck. The updated kitchen is well equipped with all the amenities that you will need. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, flatware and seating for 6 at the table and an additional 2 at the breakfast bar. The living room offers cozy love seats, chairs and a view of the water. The deck is located out a garden door from the dining room and offers another space to socialize and dine. On the deck there is a large table, 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs and a propane BBQ.
Watch your children experience hours of endless pleasure swimming in sandy & shallow waters complete with a 25’ dock. A canoe is included with this property allowing you to explore Weller’s Bay or do a little fishing. If you are not interested in fishing, relax in a lounge chair and feel the gentle breezes coming in off of the water as you enjoy a good book and sip on some local wines. In the evening, sit by the campfire and enjoy the view of the setting sun over the water.
