This newly renovated home features panoramic views, two decks (one with BBQ), modern culinary amenities and roomy luxury for you and your guests to spread out and unwind.
The open concept main level offers a bright kitchen, dining and living room overlooking the harbour. The gourmet kitchen features a spacious island, Wolf gas range, two large Wolf ovens, one a convection oven and great for big celebrations. There is also a Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer and all the amenities you need to cook your own epicurean feasts. This kitchen fit for a chef is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, quality cookware, dishes and glassware.
Hardwood floors wrap around to a second seating area with couch, large comfy armchairs and a separate formal dining room. This floor also features a large laundry with washer, dryer and half bathroom.
Upstairs feel at ease in the spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and million dollar view. The large bay window allows you to take in the full beauty of the area. This oversized room has a pull-out sofa suitable for 2 children. The master bedroom also includes a 3 piece ensuite bathroom with fully tiled glass shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a large shared 4-piece bathroom with a 6-foot tub for relaxing. The bathrooms feature Carrera marble with radiant floor heating.
Provincial Park Pass is included with this property.
This property is not suitable for children under the age of 8 years old.

What a lovely house with all modern conveniences provided. We had a great time including a lovely Thanksgiving dinner cooked in this wonderful kitchen. The views are spectacular and the whole house very peaceful. Picton is a great place to stay, only sorry we couldn't have stayed longer.

We enjoyed another fabulous family vacation. Loved the house, very nice kitchen and magnificent view of the bay. Plenty of sunny days at the beach (thanks for the park pass). Hoping to come back next year! Favourite house so far :)
