A large fridge and stove, ample storage and well equipped kitchen will help you whip up those vacation feasts in no time. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, quality cookware, dishes and glassware. No need to wrangle the kids into doing the dishes as the dishwasher takes care of clean up. The kitchen opens into the dining room accented with stain-glassed windows. The dining room has the warm charm of the homestead and table seating for six with a leaf to expand for more. It is adjacent to the cozy and bright living room with a view of the outdoors. Original hardwood floors give it a special warmth.

This property has three bedrooms. The main floor bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The upper level contains two bedrooms with restored original pine flooring. The first bedroom on the upper level contains a Double bed and the second bedroom contains a bunk with a Single on top and a Double on the bottom.

Air-conditioning keeps the home cool on a warm summer day although a welcoming breeze always seems to find its way off the local Lake Ontario. There is a full bathroom downstairs and half bath upstairs. For your convenience, this property has wireless internet (WiFi). This property comfortably sleeps 6 with a maximum occupancy of 8 with an air mattress for 2 provided.

The porch will surely be your favourite spot either to read a book, play a board-game or savour a quiet nightcap. The spacious backyard is great for activity especially for those with children. It also offers quiet and privacy as large lots separate the Hillier Hilt-Inn from any other homes.

Only five minutes away, is the sandy, local North Beach. Picnic lunches or incredible sunsets are yours to cherish while enjoying the amenities of this beach.
