County Vacation offers brokerage and vacation rental management services to property owners who wish to rent their home or cottage in Prince Edward County. For a percentage of the rental income County Vacation services include marketing, responding to rental inquiries, screening potential renters, entering into rental agreements, site preparation, site clean-up, liaising with trades people and more. We can also customize a package of services that suit your particular needs.
Comprehensive Service - not available as of 2013
We take care of all your marketing, guest enquiries and screening, entering into short term rental agreements, scheduling, and other related property management needs. This includes making arrangements for the guests to gain access to your property and responding to a wide variety of issues that might interfere with a quality travel experience. We also arrange for housekeeping services, garbage, and recycling collection, taking care of unexpected maintenance issues, etc.
Basic Service
County Vacation’s Basic Service is for the property owners who wishes to self-manage their vacation rental property, but require additional marketing and reservation booking support. County Vacation markets the property and books reservations on behalf of the property owner.
