| Let me
know when you have decided to reserve a property, so I can pencil in your
reservation. We require a down payment to solidify the reservation; the
amount required is specified in the description for each individual
property.
As soon as I receive this down payment, I will mail you the Rental Agreement. The balance of the rental fee, along with the damage deposit, is due thirty days before the day when you are scheduled to arrive. |

A 6% G.S.T. (sales
tax) is charged on some properties. Please check the individual listings.
Payment: Currently, cash, cheque or money orders will be accepted; please make cheques payable to County Vacation. In the near future, we will be accepting credit cards in order to give you better access to our service. |
Check-in
time is 3:00 p.m. or later; check-out time is 11:00 a.m. or earlier.
Please respect these times, as we need every moment in order to make sure
that the house is completely ready for our next guests.
Cancellation Policy: If circumstances warrant your having to cancel your reservation, let me know and I will do everything possible to rebook. If I'm able to rebook it, I'll refund your deposit, less a $100 cancellation fee, otherwise not. |

Paper
Products: Toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, as well as garbage bags, soap and shampoo, will be your responsibility. As most our houses are on septic systems, please buy one or two-ply toilet paper only. Also, please don't flush feminine products or anything else that might clog up the system. |

Garbage
and Recycle: Garbage and recycling services are provided every Wednesday and Saturday. Please assist us by sorting out the recyclables. |

Telephone
Calls: Some houses have a telephone which can be used for local
calls. Please check individual listings. TV/VCR: Our televisions are on aerials (there isn't any cable out here yet), so you will get a limited number of channels. To use the VCR, keep the TV on channel 3 and use the remote. |

Linens: Please bring your own beach towels. Some houses provide sheets, bath towels and dish-towels, some do not; please check individual listings. If linens are provided, you do not need to launder the linens before you leave, just turn down the beds that were used, and we will take it from there. | |
Good
Neighbour Policy: Remember, your neighbours might not be on
vacation.
Please be nice to them, re: late
night noise and rambunctious kids.

Smoking
Policy: Please note that all homes are non-smoking. Problems: If you experience any difficulties or an accident occurs during your stay (for example, something gets spilled or broken), please let us know as soon as possible so we can deal with it. |
