SANDBANKS VACATIONS MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:
- Quiet season (2 nights)
- Mid season (2 nights)
- High season (7 nights, some homes 2-3 nights)
- Holidays (2-7 nights) - see below
- Winter/Spring Quiet Season = After CanadianThanksgiving to before May long weekend
- Spring Mid Season = After May long weekend to late June (exact date is property dependent)
- Summer High Season = Late June - Early September (exact date is property dependent)
- Fall Mid Season = After Labour Day to before Canadian Thanksgiving
- Fall Quiet Season = After Thanksgiving to before Christmas
- Holidays during High Season require a 7 night minimum booking at most homes (2-3 night minimum last minute if available)
- Holidays during Quiet and Mid Season require a 3 night minimum booking (2 night minimum last minute if available or if Family Day or Easter)
- Christmas/New Years require a 3-7 night minimum booking depending on property
- Saturday to Saturday stays are not possible unless a premium is paid
- Sunday to Sunday or Friday to Friday stays preferred
