**To our friends in regions under the Stay-at-Home Order, or those that are in the Grey or Red Zones: We miss you. We cannot wait to welcome you back when the time is right. To align ourselves with Hastings Prince Edward Public Health and to best support our community we will only be allowing guests to stay and tour with us from the Yellow, Orange, and Green zones at this time. We look forward to hosting everyone once it is safe to do so! When you book with us you will be asked to provide information for each individual staying at the rental for contact tracing.**

Hill Street Blue is a waterview property located on a serene street across from Picton Bay and includes a fenced in private back yard. The property offers a wonderful balance between the vibrant town of Picton and a quiet retreat atmosphere to enjoy the natural beauty that the County offers. New for 2019, Hill Street Blue now has central air conditioning to help escape those warm summer afternoons!
Due to Prince Edward County bylaws, this property sleeps maximum 4 guests plus 2 children (age 9 and under). Dogs allowed (see below).
Begin your mornings sipping fresh ground coffee in a bright breakfast nook before you start your day. The Blue is walking distance to friendly main street Picton filled with restaurants, cafes, galleries, an amazing bookstore, the classic Regent Theater, and unique shopping boutiques.
Perhaps a trip further afield? County wine tours? Foodies looking for local succulents? Sandbanks sun worshippers? Maybe a trip to Wellington, or Bloomfield? Hill Street Blue's perfect location allows for many exciting day trips.
Or just settle in... Enjoy cooking farmers’ market finds in a well equipped charming kitchen as the sun shines through the skylight. Or perhaps try local fare grilled on the natural gas barbecue. Enjoy your meal under a canopy of grapevines on the pergola patio. Four (4) Adirondack chairs are located on the front porch and a 6 person table and chairs on the patio in the back yard. A roomy dining area and a comfy living room for afternoon lounging await.
Relax in the evenings on a large sitting porch facing the bay or head out to one of the many pubs and wine houses (some within walking distance). Regardless of how you choose to spend your time, your time will be well spent at Hill Street Blue.
House conveniences include a queen sized bed in each of the two (2) upstairs bedrooms with bed and bath linens supplied. Crisp linens and warm blankets to cozy up with, as well as a great assortment of books and board games to enjoy. There is a claw foot tub and shower combo in the main bathroom upstairs and a 2 piece bathroom on the main level. Practicalities include a full laundry with iron and board, and a central vacuum system for both floors.

House is extremely well-equipped with everything you could need, including many board games and books. Location is great, 10-15 minute walk from Picton main street with shops, restaurants, and bars. Fenced-in back yard was great for our dogs. We would visit again in a heartbeat.

My husband, myself, my 2 adult sons and our dog had a delightful stay at Hill Street Blue!! Your home is lovely! You have thought of everything... very tastefully furnished, clean and comfortable. FABULOUS!!!! You guys have provided everything! Utensils, barbeque steak spice etc. We arrived ill prepared but stayed as tho' the space was ours. We played cards, Barrels & Monkeys, read books and ... we will be back!! THANK YOU!!!

- There are neighbours next door. Owners ask that music or outdoor conversation stops by 10pm.
