A 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom two story house with all the amenities of a city home. Outside the home features a large patio with seating and dining for twelve, a seven person hot-tub, a historic barn, a shipping container converted into a cabana for dining and lounging, and beautiful landscaping. Inside features a large gathering kitchen/ dining area, sitting/media room with oversized sectional (sleeping) sofa, three boutique style bedrooms as well as sunroom that converts to a fourth bedroom in 3 seasons, two full bathrooms and wireless internet.

Lot No. 9 has two Master Bedrooms on the second level of the house. Each Master bedroom offers a spacious queen-sized bed with a lounge chair and custom wallpaper by a local artist. The Twin Room has two twin beds and double-pull out sofa bed. All bedrooms have access to two full bathrooms. Downstairs the Sun Parlor is the perfect additional living space, doubling as a fourth bedroom and/or games room. The Sun Parlor consists of a cozy full size day bed, single trundle bed and a games table with 4 chairs perfect for additional dining space. The Salon is furnished with plentiful seating and a large flat screen TV. The Salon's oversized sectional sofa (sleeping) doubles as sleeping for two more guests. 

A quick stroll to local shops and restaurants. It’s a breeze to explore wine country with Sandbanks Vacations & Tours right across the road! Sleeps 6 in beds and up to 10 in fold-outs in winter, or 12 at other times of year.

The Kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to cook-up a locally sourced meal. Gas range, electric oven, full refrigerator/ freezer and dishwasher are all provided. The dining table can easily seat 8 and sliding doors to the patio can be opened to seamlessly transition to the outdoor living space.

The outdoor living and dining area is set up for easy entertaining. The large dining area comfortably seats 12 people, a lounge area with an over-sized sofa and chairs as well as an adjoining deck space with hot tub for 8 people and outdoor shower. There is also a boxcar cabana housed within a shipping container providing additional dining, a wine/beer fridge and additional lounge seating. The fire pit is surrounded by chairs and can be used year round. Please bring firewood.

Gorgeous property - very true to what you see in the pictures. Great location. We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this property for a weekend away in the County.

We had a pleasant stay at Lot #9. Jay was a great host and was quick to respond to all of my inquiries. Kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor space was great. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Thanks for having a stock of beach towels by the door, they really came in handy!

Property
This was the perfect place for our family's Sandbanks getaway. The location is very convenient and the town of Bloomfield was lovely. Jay's place had everything we needed - great kitchen, nice bathrooms, beautiful Beds and an amazing outdoor space. We loved the fire pit for roasting marshmallows and the yard for the kids to run around.
