Beautiful turn of the century 3 bed, 2 bath vacation home in Picton. Fully equipped and renovated kitchen. Kick back and enjoy a game of pool or relax in the private fenced-in backyard -- a must for pet owners and families with young kids. Patio dining and BBQ with propane provided. Central Air Conditioning, Wifi, Satellite TV and laundry facilities included. Sleeps 6-8.

Within walking distance to multiple local restaurants, children’s splash pad and skate park. Stroll up the street for beautiful views of the Picton Harbour. Walking distance to downtown Picton. 

Driveway will accommodate two vehicles; additional parking on street (April to Nov inclusive). One Sandbanks Provincial Park pass provided with your stay. PET-FRIENDLY.  Please ASK.

Location is perfect! the Sandlot is a 5min walk to the main strip that has it all, restuarants, shops, grocery stores. Also about a 20min drive from winery's and cider place's. Inside is clean, very comfortable and cozy. You have board games, pool table and TV to keep you busy which was great. My friends and i would definitely stay here again !!

The Sandlot is the perfect place to stay with a group in Picton. We were a group of 6 and there was plenty of space for us all. Lots of towels and spare sheets, pillows, and blankets which were appreciated. The house has it's old charm but is updated, very clean, and included all the amenities we needed. Great, private back yard with comfortable couches and chairs. Location was also great, just a short walk to the shops on main street and short drive to all the wineries. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic value. My husband and I stayed here with three other couple friends of ours as we spent a weekend enjoying the area. The house perfectly accommodated our large group; we felt right at home. The amenities provided were great, the house was clean and in good condition, and the location was ideal for exploring the wineries and going to Sandbanks beach. We even arrived to a bottle of maple syrup as a welcome gift. Highly recommend, and hope to be back soon!
