Welcome to beautiful Cliffhouse on the Bay. This property sits on over 3.3 acres of land overlooking the Bay of Quinte. The house offers panoramic views of the Bay, with beautiful sunsets and sunrises. This is the perfect getaway in PEC, also a 4 season home. Family and friends will love this easily accessible location with million dollar views on all levels. This house was designed with large groups in mind. NEW FOR 2021: A heated salt water pool will be available for guests. Photos available in May.
Cliffhouse on the Bay sleeps 16 adults maximum (if not Covid measures are in place). This property is no pets, no exceptions. This is not a party house. Mature and respectful renters only.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
Beautifully renovated 8 bedrooms, 5+1 bathrooms. The upper floor has 2 big bedrooms with 1 queen size bed in each room, with a shared 4-piece bathroom.
The main floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as a powder room. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed as well as a trundle bed that can accommodate children. It also has its own 4 piece bathroom. The 2nd bedroom on the main floor has 1 queen and 1 double size bed and a four piece bathroom adjacent to the room. The 3rd bedroom has 1 queen bed as well as its own 4-piece bathroom. The 4th bedroom has 1 queen bed.
The downstairs level is a walkout and offers an amazing panoramic view of the Bay. It has 2 bedrooms and a family room, as well as a shared 4 piece bathroom. One bedroom has 1 queen and the other has 1 queen and 1 double.

The house has every chef’s dream kitchen with a 4 ft cooktop, with 6 burners, as well as a 9 ft island, where everyone can gather around and be part of the action. The kitchen/dining room can comfortably sit up to 16-18 people. Take in the beautiful mesmerizing view of the Bay from anywhere in the kitchen/living/dining room. This home is spacious enough that everyone can have their own space to relax. It has 2 living rooms, a sitting room, and a bonus room off the kitchen with a pool table and where one can just hang out. Perfect for those rainy days. Parking is available for 7 cars max.
Make sure to bring your marshmallows and cookies to make s’mores by the fire pit and your favourite grillables for the BBQ. There is lots of seating outside, as well as picnic tables.
The property is less than a 10 minutes drive to Picton and restaurants. Close to wineries, breweries, the golf club and more. Just under 30 minutes drive to Sandbanks and 20 minutes to Bloomfield. It is 15 minutes south of HWY401 and exit 49.

Special Notes
This home is on a well system and guests are asked to be conservative with water and follow the instructions at the property. When this is adhered to there should be plenty of water for your stay. Excessive water use may result in extra fees to refill the back up tank.
This is a waterview property. The house is at the top of a steep hill with no distinct or safe path down to the water.
A cleaning fee of $350 plus fees and taxes (where applicable) is charged for each stay. This fee covers the cost of ensuring the property is ready for your group. Guests are still expected to leave the house in a tidy state upon departure. Instructions can be found onsite. Please contact the Owner prior to checkout if you have any questions or additional cleaning fees may apply.
